At Romain Pickups, we take great pride in crafting high-quality, handwound electric guitar pickups. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer the following return policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items are eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be in its original condition with no signs of installation or modification.
  • Custom pickups are non-returnable unless they are defective upon arrival.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@romainpickups with your order details and reason for the return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Exchanges

  • If your pickup arrives defective or damaged, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Custom pickups can only be replaced if defective upon arrival.

  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
  • Products returned after the 30-day period
