Could this be a real P.A.F.!? Rewinding a vintage Gibson Humbucker!

An old and busted Gibson Humbucker has come in for a rewind... and it could possibly be a  real vintage P.A.F.

After inspecting the pickup closely, all signs pointed to PAF except for the magnet... Short Alnico 5 magnet points to early 1960's Patent No. pickup... which is essentially the same as a PAF save for the decal it would have had and the length of the magnet. Crack a beer, brew some coffee or put the kettle on for this lengthy hangout with an old vintage Gibson Pat No. pickup!
