A look at a couple PRS Guitars: Core vs. S2 Singlecuts

In this episode, we take a look at a 2007 PRS SC245 and a 2018 PRS S2 Singlecut. Skip ahead if you just want to hear the sound comparisons, everything is Timestamped below. I'm a Les Paul guy through and through, yet the PRS guitars keep drawing me in to try again from time to time. Love the company, but I am a flawed and broken boy and the old 50's style Gibsons just feel like home no matter what other guitars I try... it isn't lost on me however, that Paul and the fine folks at PRS are cranking out some of the very best quality and looking guitars on this big old spinning dirt ball we all live on.

Rig of the day: PRS Core and S2 Singlecuts - Bogner XTC 3534 - Strymong FLint V2 (in FX Loop) - PRS Archon 2x12 cab loaded with a Celestion Vintage 30 and an Eminence Cannabis Rex (condenser mic on the Eminence) - UA Volt USB Interface - DAW.
